They were using a tablet to rent took too long to get it picked up then found out the tail light was out when we got ready to leave so had to wait til it was fixed so it took extra time to get back , plus it was more money than the one we rented to go north the first of July by about $50 same thing more money will not use uhaul again probably

FRANKLIN BPeople are nice, but no one comes outside to help. The hook up is difficult and very heavy. It takes two people to connect. Everytime we come to this location no one helps.
Wallace fWill definitely be renting a trailer from Casey at Ace again. He is always very helpful and willing to help in anyway that he can.
