I was very disappointed that I had to drive an hour one way just to pick up a u-haul vehicle. Then I had to drive an hour back to return it on the same day. There were four u-haul locations closer to my location that had none available. I do greatly appreciate that you had one available for me and every one was very nice to help me. Just that I had to drive so far out of my way to get to it. Thank you

The experience couldn’t have been better, about five to ten minutes after arriving, we were on our way. The trailer was clean and ready. Great customer service, friendly staff. Will definitely be recommending them in the future.
