the app used to pick up truck was clumsy and slow. Backup support by phone long hold and not as helpful as I would like.

JOYCE LGet a better supply of moving boxes, especially the wardrobe boxes for hang up clothing. Also have a supply of the industrial sized plastic shrink wrap to hold the moving blankets in place on furniture you are trying to protect. Other than that everything was fine and I compliment the customer service service person at the counter for her cheerful disposition and efficiency.

JAMES WI was very disappointed that I had to drive an hour one way just to pick up a u-haul vehicle. Then I had to drive an hour back to return it on the same day. There were four u-haul locations closer to my location that had none available. I do greatly appreciate that you had one available for me and every one was very nice to help me. Just that I had to drive so far out of my way to get to it. Thank you
