HEATHER BThis is the 3rd time in less than a year that I dealt with Bill and each time he was helpful, friendly and professional. One of the tires on the trailer was low so he filled that up, checked the others and even filled up one of my truck tires that he noticed was low. Check in and check out couldn't be faster. Highly recommended.
Anthony BI used the app for virtual pickup and return. Upon return the app gave an upload error several times when I attempted to upload pictures and I was unable to confirm the return process so I had to call which was an inconvenience
