I’m very upset and disappointed in this location. First off they did not have the vehicle I reserved and gave me a 14 foot instead. Secondly this location has limited hours and will charge a 20.00 return after hours fee. I rented truck from 1130-5:30 and returned it at 3:00. The store closed at noon on a Saturday. I was told they would send a link to check in once I returned and I wouldn’t get charged the 20.00 fee. I never received that link. I tried calling 3 times and left a message and never got a return call. I am not pleased with the service I received and will not likely use U-Haul Again
