The gentleman that met me at check in was awesome and very friendly! Told him that U-Haul tried charging me extra money that i didn’t approve. He didn’t argue with me or anything he immediately helped me reverse the charges and even helped me out with additional charge! I’ll definitely be going back if i ever need another and i definitely recommend this location over others. The others I’ve been to in Fayetteville have been nowhere near as nice, friendly, and helpful as they were here! I promise you won’t regret going to this one!!
