AINSLEY RMy dolly rental was not in there so I need to be reimbursement for 2 days but other than that it was good
Mondrick OThe appliance and utility dolly's we ordered were not with the equipment. Luckily, a uhaul representative was able to find us a nearby location to get the appliance dolly and gave us a $40 credit for the inconvenience. Still, it would have been much preferred to have the ordered equipment there when we picked it up. In particular, had we not been able to get the appliance dolly, it would have made our move much harder.
Richard MInstructions should be clear. I felt like I was on a hunt for an address and a truck that did not exists. The address does not match the truck rental arrangement along with the uhual box to get the key was also another hint. I felt as though I was looking for “Waldo” for an hour. Update the address! This was at the Cliffdale location in Fayetteville nc.
