Customer service was great. I did not have to wait for my trailer. Inside of trailer could have been swept better. Other than that, the entire pick up process went smoothly.

Vehicle wasn’t really clean in the back. The steering was a little loose, but was drivable.
Gillom SThe person who checked me in did not offer a receipt. I had to call the 1-800 number to let them know I had returned the truck.
Bruce KThe right-side mirror was broken and would not stay in place, so it was very difficult to drive safely. The windshield wipers were also less than ideal when it started sleeting, visibility was very bad. The truck needs maintenance to be driven safely.
