Location was CLOSED at 12pm Saturday despite hours listed by U-haul and on their website. I was happy to go through the return process through the app but I am afraid u-haul will try to charge me an additional $20 for an "after-hours" return despite being there and dropping off earlier than required and during the listed hours of operation. A lady eventually showed up but it was right as we were leaving the parking lot after going through the whole dropoff in the app. She was very nice but she was also on the phone with who I assume was the actual owner who was supposed to be there because she had him on speaker and it sounded like he was walking her through how to do everything.
