Jordan was amazing!!! He was very professional and very knowledgeable! He helped me from the time I reserved until I picked up. I live in Florida so I had to catch a flight in to get the uhaul. DENIS WOriginal request was a 9' cargo van however the previous customer came back with a flat tire. So they upgraded keeping same quote. They also explained mileage/pricing so that I would gain the full benefit of lower price per mile. The owners were patient and very welcoming. Had a great conversation and appreciated the excellent customer service!
