I called the morning I was to pick up UHaul, no one answered: voice mail said we could text this #, which I did, never got a reply! There’s no one there, and UHaul app didn’t work (couldn’t take a photo of me) Signs says that customers need to arrive on time…something like don’t arrive late; but if you arrive early, you need to wait! Three of us all stressed out reading those deadlines. Finally one of us spot a hard to notice sign says call Jessie, we decided to try: he remotely helped us!

Tom VAir conditioner in truck stopped blowing air 2 times in a 4 hour drive in 90 degree heat with my small dog with me. Was not and am still not happy about it. I am a 59 year old person with asthma and was having difficulty breathing. Fan stopped all together on any level of air or vent.
Candace JThe uhaul app crashed 5 times when trying to upload a photo of driver’s license. The app was generally unhelpful. In the future I would always choose a uhaul location with actual staff onsite. The hand cart we ordered was not available. The truck itself performed very well, above expectations.Thank you!
