Nothing....oh, maybe just ask the folks at the registers to talk a little slower when they see a gray-haired person headed their way...but I kept up with the professional gentleman who helped me. I love the ease of driving and handling of your cargo vans, not to mention how modern. I had to ditch my personal minivan about a year ago, which I really miss!

Employees friendly. Outside of van was dirty, especially the windows. Only gave about 2 hour notice before pick-up, so was to be expected. Maybe hose down the windows, would have bee easier to see while driving and don't mind a wet vehicle.

Barbara is the Best! Daryl is upbeat & friendly , highly self motivated, and helpful. Young lady in training was friendly & self motivated too. Spoke to call center several times & they were prompt friendly & helpful. Moving can be stressful, and the employees really helped to relieve some of the stress. :-)

There was a man working behind the counter that was clearly stressed, he made it very uncomfortable while waiting in line. A gentleman returned equipment and apparently used the ( blankets) broke the seal. The man behind the counter reminded him a few times that he could have charged an extra 5 dollars, the customer, said he didn’t know and your employee reminded him again of what he could have charged him. Your employee was very unprofessional and made it very stressful for all in the vicinity. Your computer was apparently slow and he alerted everyone in the area of this. I get this isn’t a upscale store, but you are taking our money and you do provide a service.

Uhaul customer service is horrible. I waited 20 minutes one time before getting to speak to someone and when I finally did get to speak someone they had no idea how to help me. I needed to change my reservation from a 26' truck to a 20' truck and change my drop off location. I couldn't figure out how to do it online so I called customer service. She told me I would have wait til the next day and call their scheduling office to change. I ended up just cancelling the reservation I had and making a new one. The next day when I went to pick up my truck, my reservation dates had been changed by customer service. THANKFULLY the employee at this location was so nice and understanding he gave me the truck on my original date needed because that was the order I was seeing online and had no other confirmation/information about it changing. Then I had to call customer service again the next day to extend my rental time to another day. I told customer service to extend it...they said they did...then I get a call from the drop off location saying they were never told I extended my reservation. There is a major lack of communication with this company. Your emails need confirmation/reservation information on them. I shouldn't have to log in on your website to see my reservation information...it should be in an email.

Began the U-Haul pickup speaking with Joshua bright and early (7:30 AM). He was friendly, cordial and a professional, super to work with. I will return to U-Haul when in need of a rental, the company has always treated me well.

Employee that rented us the truck was very friendly and helpful. Upon returning truck, the guy was kind of rude. I was trying to make sure I didn't leave anything and he was not happy about that.

I had reserved a 26 ft truck 2 weeks before my move but at the Dort Highway location. My email confirmation was to pick up the truck at 12:00 on 11/25. When I arrived to pick the truck up, they did not have a truck. They said that my reservation was for 1:00 and they didn't have any more trucks. I waited until 1:00 and still there was no truck. My son, who was helping me move, called the Miller Rd location and all they had was a 20 ft truck so we took it. The Miller Rd location was fine, but no discount was given for the inconvenience and stress that this caused me. I was not able to get a truck until 2:30, which caused us to be in the process of moving after dark. I feel that I should have been compensated in some way for all of the inconvenience this caused. I will not use U Haul ever again because of this.

Better inform clients and or customers who order on line that request a truck with an easy load ramp that not all trucks come equipped with the ramp. When i preorder the truck with the ramp and i received the confirmation phone call, not once did they say the truck i ordered didn't come with the ramp. When i got the truck to the location is when i noticed it had no ramp. It's not until I called that i was informed that the 10x10 trucks don't have ramps and i could bring it back and exchange it for the bigger truck for $10.00 more. I already had to compromise on the location pickup because I was supposed to be able to pick it up at the flint location on dort highway and they ended up not having it so i had to pick it up at the Miller rd location. So it cost me more im mileage to pick it up and return it. So i only used the truck for 3 hours and it still cost me double to use it. When if i could of picked it up at the location i ordered it from i would of only used it for 2 hours and half the mileage. So if the company kept its customers and clients better informed this problem would not have occurred and I would have saved myself a fair amount of money. I was really disappointed with my service.
