Joshua is VERY rude, we were a few hours latw and he charged me 57 dollars for 2 trucks! he charged me 114 dollars in late fees for a few extra hours and wasnt willing to waive anything or help with any of it, that is crazy, we do a lot of business with uhaul but i will never go back now and i will make sure to tell others stay away

Took forever to check in and out. Very rude workers at desk. Truck was on empty with the gas light on. The steering was so bad I had to turn the wheel sideways to go straight. Horrible customer service.

There was over a 30 minute wait to get contract upon pickup, even though I had filled out the forms before arrival. This location only had 1.5 people behind the desk on a Saturday. The line eventually got to be over ten people deep. We dropped off of equipment after hours and we could not disconnect the trailer from the hitch after trying everything we could think of for 1.5 hours. We were never given any instruction on how to disconnect it to begin with, who knew that would be necessary? It did not simply lift off the hitch!! I finally thought to call a uhaul number in California that was still open but could never get a rep on the line to assist even after waiting 45 minutes. Another random customer finally helped us or we might have been there all night! Didn't needthis hassle after a long day of moving. I was never told I was supposed to sign the contract and put in drop box on drop off but apparently that didn't hinder charging my credit card. This was a very frustrating experience!!

Yard man Daryl made it his job to make the transaction difficult, finding every opportunity to stall the deal. I will look for another alternative the next time I need I need trailer or truck rental services.

Dropped off truck then had to wait in line behind seven other customers. Only one cashier during at-peak period on Easter weekend. The staff worked diligently despite employee shortage. Cashier stations should ALL be manned

The wait time at drop off was long. There were more than 6 other customers waiting, too! However, the U-Haul staff were very considerate & apologetic about the situation.

The trailer I rented was covered in mud on the outside and had muddy footprints all on the inside of it. Showed up at an auction house in Detroit to load some very expensive items and couldn't because of the mud. Had to lay moving blankets down over the mud in order to load the trailer. Guess it was a good thing I rented the blankets not that I even got to use all of them to wrap the furniture like intended.

The paperwork I was given Had the gas tank at 3/4 of a tank however the vehicle had an eighth of a tank. The ashtray was dirty with several cigarette butts in it. I ordered a flatbed furniture dolly, There was a two wheel dolly in the back of the trunk. I was told it was in the truck, I trusted them so I didn’t bother to check on it until I got home. I had to drive all the way back to the store to get this corrected. I wasted a lot of time out of my day because of this. I believe this was the fault of the people I called to set up this reservation not the people at this store. They had computer problems, the lady that was taking care of me had trouble getting my order completed because of the computer. Not her fault, your system needs a complete overhaul. The people at this location were nothing but nice and friendly, I have no fault with them. I think the problem started with whoever answers the phone in your call-center that took my reservation. I have no problems with the operation of the truck you drove in the road well for a vehicle of that type. I believe the only reason I’ll ever use U-Haul again as if their price was way, way below everyone else’s. This was a bad experience and wasted a lot of time in my day, not to mention all the added frustration that you don’t need when you’re trying to move your daughter to a new apartment.
