I dropped the truck off at the wrong location, the guy was very decent. Said it was fine and he would take care of it. I could not turn the truck in through the app. That asks for pictures when dropping off the truck. I was charged for a missing or damaged item. Nothing was missing or damaged. I dropped the truck off in the same condition I picked it up in.
