I really enjoyed the rental and the products, The only thing is the younger guy is no kindly interested to assist the customers…I was not doing any favor and was my first time renting this kind of service.

Pioneer rentals has a full selection of vehicle types and I've used them multiple times with no problems. Recently when I went in to pick up my rental van the whole system was down but one of the people there figured out how to process my transaction over his phone! I scanned my license and did everything else using my cell phone. My only suggestion is that U-haul should have e-z pass rather than bill the customer later because not having E-Z pass in the vehicle means the toll gets charged by taking a picture of the vehicle's license plate and then U-haul bills you later (some tolls are only E-Z pass or bill by taking a photo). I know that in PA not having an e-z pass makes the toll higher by around $30.
