The girls in the office were wonderful! So much better than other local uhual stores!!!
Alana YEverything was great until I started getting emails, texts and phone calls asking why I never returned the equipment. I didnt even have the vehicle for 3 hours and then im being bombarded with notifications that I violated their policy and I had the fear of them trying to charge my card for the full value of the vehicle. I have never had that happen before and therefore I will never got to this location again.
KAYLA EThere was only one employee, and it appeared she needed help. One of the turn signals didn't work but I was in a hurry, so I didn't bother her.
Jerald CTruck was dropped off on Friday when it was due back but was charged additional days due to them not checking it back in until Tuesday.
