I re cently rented a toy hauler from the pine bluff location. It had a safety chain for my truck however the toy hauler i picked up at fordyce did not have one. It gives a person great piece of mind knowing if their straps fail there is still an additional level of safety holding their vehicle.

Jeremy HUpon arrival the truck rented was not at the location. They told us that the men would bring it up. We had to follow them to another location to get the truck. Those men drove horrible and almost caused a wreck. The mileage was off on the truck. The website would not let me complete the inspection. I got red bugs from going behind the truck to get the tag number. I had to call four times and was told we know the condition of the truck go ahead. I made a video of the truck for my benefit because the could not use the link to document damage to the truck.
