The manager who runs the UHaul part of service was not there. The employee who was there didn’t know how to use any U-Haul services. He tried to be as helpful as he could but I ended up having to work thru the scheduling services. Also, the first trailer had not been inspected as it did not have a license tag.

I would tell them to double check the mileage on the vehicle before leaving because U-Haul has over charged me on the mileage that i didn’t put on the vehicle
