I was told that it would be noted 620 miles instead of the 500 miles due to U-Haul messing up our reservation (we were told our mobile pickup was confirmed just to arrive OUT OF STATE and be told it was not set up) and us having to go to a new location THE NEXT DAY. This cost us hundreds extra in hotels, etc. It completely uprooted our plans. I put on the form that I did NOT agree with the charges for the extra miles over 500, as I was told we would have 620 miles total, but instead of reaching out, you charged me anyway! Worst experience moving. I will never use or recommend your services again.

Great service
rita rY'all need to change the people work there bc he was isn't his mind he was high and he made me to hook it up the trailer by myself and he didn't help me and the lights in night is not working the cops stop me about that

Alexandria WThe owner of this location never showed up to help me with check in/ check out. He woukd not answer the phone number given on the web page. The only way I was able to pick up / drop off was that a person happened to stop by ND was able to get him to answer his call so that I could get my trailer that I rented on line(again because he was not there) I contacted another rental place(Wynne) and the person there said that this was normal. They said they were never able to get him to answer the phone when they called as well.
