Not only did it take the location over 30 minutes to provide an already confirmed rental, but the truck was also missing gear that I had been charged for. On top of that, the truck itself was extremely dirty. While they removed the charge for the missing moving equipment (dolly and furniture pads), they made no effort to address the unclean condition of the truck by offering any discount or compensation. The staff appeared unconcerned and did not offer any reimbursement for the fact that the excessively dirty truck soiled our mattress, which now requires professional cleaning to hopefully resolve the issue. When I pointed out that I would be charged if I returned a truck in this condition, I was told nothing could be done. It is unclear how there is no accountability on the dealer’s part when a dirty vehicle is provided and customer property is damaged as a result. Overall, I would not recommend renting from this location unless you are prepared to scrutinize every aspect of the transaction and accept that the dealer takes no accountability for their mistakes.

Reservation was made online the day before, however at pick up it still took almost 25 minutes as an entire new reservation was made. The vehicle that had been requested didn’t contain the paid for dolly that had been selected with the reservation the day before. We also took photos for proof and were challenged by the individual on the phone, not the attendant at the physical location, because the vehicle did not have a full tank of gas at the time of pick up, but it was stated at pick up it was full. The attendant spoke to the individual on the phone at drop off and reiterated 3 times that we have photos, and finally they waived us filling the gas tank as we only used 35ish KM and how do we fill the thank back to the random marker on the gauge in which it was at.. replacing only the gas we used. Drop off took another 15 minutes as we had to ensure I was not charged for the dolly that was reserved and not provided, disputing filling the tank with gas, and finally I reserved a 26 truck but was only provided a 20.
SEAN DOriginally booked for 6am after I was told they open at 5am. Finally had to leave the parking lot at 6:40am business was still not open as I had to go to work at that time. Finally after paying for the truck and receiving the key after 930am. They called me 4 times after that asking about a delivery time even tho I paid for 24 hour. They still told me I needed to return the truck before 24 hours because they had the truck rented out again before my 24 hour period. Extremely unprofessional. Borderline harassment with the amount of phone calls. And Extremely unorganized. Will never ve renting from them again or recommending them to anyone I know.
