The truck was completely dirty. No effort was made in order to clean or provide a clean truck to a customer. I reserved the the truck 11/28/25 and picked up the vehicle on 01/30/26. Uhaul changed my pick up address twice. I had no issue with that, however the issue is with how dirty the truck was. Inside the cabin and the also in the cargo area. The truck was received 60 days in advance because i was moving from Florida to Tennessee and all my personal items had to be covered to avoid them getting dirty. I had no choice but to take the truck in that condition. I had no time to cancel and look for another location.

Don’t send them to this place to rent the truck. It was also a Sod business and Amazon returns sales business. The truck I rented was an hour late because they were delivering sod in it. I then had to wait while they attempted to clean it. When I dropped off the truck in Apollo Beaxh the U-Haul dealer told me they would usually charge me for the state of the vehicle as it had sod stains all over the rails. I explained the situation and they were fine but I should never have been put in that position.
MARK RI ask and asked. If I knew I could possibly spend over $250. I would’ve never rented this U-Haul. I just bought a home and moved that would’ve been too expensive and over my budget. I’ve waited five days for my car to be adjusted. I was charged $337 for I don’t know what per my receipt it does not have that amount. I am really discussed it with this process.
