The attendant took way too long to explain everything. She was very slow. Drove the truck for 10 minutes, made a stop and it wouldn’t start. I called the location and the attendant said “ that’s super weird, the battery is almost new but i’m sorry i can’t help you.” I then had to make an appointment with the Roadside assistance which took about an 1.5 hours in total. The mechanic was excellent, but the situation was inconvenient and added to my already stressful day
