ronald lThe guy at this location was no help nor the one I was sent to previous to this location all bc the Alexandria location canceled my reservations which I will be going to alexandria office and filing a formal complaint bc it added extra mileage not only to the equipment but my personal vehicle and nobody seems to see a problem with this so overall the experience was horrible. Only time I personally used uhaul company and will definitely tell everyone about what happened
