I called multiple times to change drop off point no one answered, I spent like 2 hours on the phone calling in. The fuel level wasn’t even correct when I picked up the truck !

ANTONIO MI setup truck online and set a pickup time of 8:00am and even chose truck share option. Only to find out that there is no truck share option for the 26’ truck at this location and that they didn’t open until 9:00am at this location. Why did it let me setup the pick up if this location doesn’t do truck share and open until 9:00am. Because of this the moving crew I hired was waiting for an hour with nothing to do so I had to pay them 100.00 to stand around and do nothing.
