This place was almost impossible to find! There was a LOT of construction which made it hard, but if it wasn't for finding trucks outback I would have never found it!

Let customers know that you're placing a $480 hold fee instead of letting them expect a $36 charge!! Definitely don't say you're gonna make thi gs right if you turn the truck in early and give you a refund for the days and going under the milage cap and not fuckn do it... I'm negative $525 in my account from all of the NSF charges I've accumulated so im unable to eat or put gas in my car until you fo the right thing and refund me today
KEVIN HMissing the 2 dollies that I reserved. No help from multiple phone calls I made to U-Haul. Was forced to drive around town to find dollies. Wasted 2 hours of my time on a tight schedule. Terrible customer service after hours. The 24/7 concept is a complete lie and customers are left to fend for themselves when there is an issue.
