I called ahead to confirm this is a dropoff location and was told it was. When I got there it was closed. I called the nimber agian and got no answer. The person called me right back and I told him I had called earlier. He said to leave it and he would recieve it in when he got back from lunch. I was very happy he called me right back. Very cordial. Overall I had a great experience with U-Haul.

I had reserved a truck with Uhaul, and the first location was a nightmare!! The gentleman that I spoke with at the local office, was very helpful in getting me another truck quickly! The gentleman at the above location, was very easy and nice to deal with.
Colleen CThe store personnel were busy working on cars so he said he would email me my reciept for the return. As it turned out he never processed my return and my credit card was charged for 6 extra days. The money was promptly refunded by corporate but it was a big inconvenience for me. I typically rent from uhaul about once a month. I will not use this location again.
