I would not recommend U-Haul to any of my friends again. I think it is sad that everything is becoming an app and you can’t find anybody to deal with.
Joshua SWhen someone orders blankets for there furniture they should be in truck, I was charged for them and a furniture dolly that was not on the truck either. There was nobody at the place. I will never rent from you again.
Helen SWas not open when I got there, but I dropped the truck off locked it up put the paperwork in the box with the keys and I was fine
GREGORY LPlace was closed when we arrived at 1139am Saturday but person there a friend of owner was kind enough to assist us by reaching owner on the phone.
