Owen CThe overall experience was horrible checking in with the app. I didn’t like that process at all. Once I’ve registered and put my payment in, there should have been a code sent to me to get in the rental truck at the scheduled time but no it took me calling customer service and wasting two hours before I could get started. A very frustrating experience
