Henry MMake sure you tell the next person their correct total. Unforseen charges is detrimental in today’s economy, especially during a move.
KILEY SU-Haul needs to inform customers (before they arrive) that your trailers come equipped with 4 prong light plugs. Modern GMC trucks don’t have a 4 prong connection. Of course you were ready to sell me an adapter for $25. The adapter should be free with the rental. Your online compatibility assessment only rates the towing wait. You don’t have any questions regarding light connectivity.
Scott RWell the gas meter in the truck was different than the sheet. It states it was on full when I received it, but it was more so 3/4 full. So I was charged nearly $50 for gas, even though at 3/4 full,there's no way it needed an additional 9 gallons, when only 4 got it from a half tank to the 75% mark. I never had an issue with gas fills in any of my previous uhaul rentals. Only real issue i had.
