Ordered dollys but they didnt have them. Got charged then had to request refund at drop off.

A little upset that the location changed for pickup the day before and was 18 miles away instead of 3. But they were wonderful at this location and very helpful and apologetic about having to change location last minute.
LINDSAY PThe Uhaul app was dismall. The pretrip inspection section timed out before all the required pictures were taken and uploaded. If the app is going to do that, Uhaul management needs to consider removing that module and not requesting pretrip inspections by customers.
