This location was fantastic. Unfortunately I had my original pickup location off of cold water but not this location. At the tickets and tokens location. I had a horrible experience as I had a reservation and waited 30 minutes for someone to get there to give me my tow dolly. After calling your hotline and having someone trying to contact them with no answer you all had to change my reservation to another location. Very upsetting and horrible customer service.

The unit was clean but not well maintained. I have rented from there 4 times and 3 times I have gotten a unit that the rear lights have 2 lights that do not work correctly. Other than that they are good and have a good number of units.

Service up front was very slow when we came to return the truck, they only had one person working, and you would think they would have known that they had a lot of returns at that time. over all it was a easy and great experience.

I made a reservation 6 days in advance for a pick up truck, when I arrived there was no pick up available for me. I ended up using a cargo van but was unable to complete all the tasks that I had planned. Upon return I wanted to get 2 propane tanks filled. The clerk told me to meet him out by the propane filling area and he would be right there. I waited for over 10 mins and noticed that the clerk I was talking with had moved on and was checking in trucks. This was a clear sign to me that my business was not wanted. I grabbed my tanks and left. I will no longer be doing business with U-Haul due to this experience. I do not see the purpose of having me make a reservation if the vehicle I am requesting is not going to be there.

Find the developer who wrote your online truck return system and beat them senseless. That was a TOTAL pain in the ass. Take a picture of this... and this... and this... and this other thing... and turn on location services... and absolute bullshit. Every time I rent from you, my local people are amazing, but if I need to deal with your corporate systems, I brace for the worst. During my previous rental, your self-checkout system failed spectacularly. After 15 minutes of waiting for human verification, I finally gave up and went to the desk. In and out in minutes. It's like your corporate office wants to drive customers away, despite the best efforts of the local people. I will give your company ONE MORE CHANCE before I bid you adieu and go back to Ryder. Everything about Uhaul is awesome... EXCEPT your attempts at online automation. And those attempts are actively driving me away.

Verify pickup location sent to customer by e-mail. I ordered rental online at one location, email stated another location for equipment pickup. Second location didn't have rental equipment. Help from second site people and phone call from second site manager, I was redirected back to site one for rental pickup.

Customer service was absolutely horrendous. Walked in after making an appt. to pick up a 26' truck and no one was around. A lady FINALLY walked out saying that she was sorry she didn't notice us because she was too busy gabbing away. (Her words) When we brought back the truck the next day half an hour BEFORE we were supposed to, they looked at us and told us they would not take care of it because it was half an hour to closing time. So we had to drop off the key as if NO ONE WAS THERE TO HELP US, and then I got an email telling me how much the ACTUAL amount was. Which was 50$ MORE than what was quoted. Very displeased. Won't be coming back, period.
