Cleark at time of drop hardly could speak English and did not seem to know what to do .. made sign languages that it was uhaul and he had uhaul on his lot .. but didn't know how to close the contract ... the clear closed the contract around 7 am the next morning after I droped off and left around 1 am .. they are a 24 hour store .. open 24 hours a day .. clear at 1 am did not know how to receive and close contract
