An awning over the lock box. It was pouring rain as I struggled with the lock. Lock had to be pried open with hands- not sure if it was rusted or just needed oiled.
Susan SThe truck was extremely clean, and the lady at the desk was extremely nice over the phone. However, I didn't receive much assistance or instructions with how to complete checking the truck out, and using the uhaul app. I also didn't receive the utility dolly that I ordered with the truck. It wasn't a terrible experience, but it took more time and trouble than it should've. In the end, everything worked out.
