The reservation process was simple and the counter staff at pick up and drop off was friendly. The truck however was missing the clip for the middle seat buckle and had red splatter in the back that ultimately looked like blood. Besides the truck was fine.
Marie-Odile QI originally rented a 15 ft cube truck I got in it and the breaks screamed as I hit the peddle , the break fluid pump was dripping and making lots of noise , the man told me it’s normal and it does that ; I refused to drive the vehicle he then gave me a 20ft truck in replacement. Don’t tell your customers a truck is okay to drive when CLEARLY it’s not .

Thank you for your help. Location needs more moving equipment, such as furniture Dollie’s and blankets. I’m sure they have a habit of not being returned, that is my only critic. Thanks again!
Amanfa MI reserved a furniture dolly and received an appliance moving dolly which wasn’t useful for my move. There was no option to refund or get the correct booked equipment. So as of now I’m charged for both the incorrect dolly provided by U-Haul and had to purchase a furniture dolly which added about 10km to my trip increasing my moving cost.
