Location was an independent convenience store that had a full display of weed products for sale. Very difficult to communicate with the store owner/clerk. I don't appreciate being sent to this location instead of the big U-Haul store I requested. Also, when we unloaded the truck the next day and 200 miles from the pick-up location, we discovered two bed rails had been left in the truck by someone else.
