Absolutely a horrible experience, I reserved a 10 inch truck, for 9 AM… I got there at 9:15… The front desk guy had no sense of urgency, pulling up my reservation, he specifically said he had to handle his customers before getting to me which no one was in the building at the time…Then it became an issue about the 10 inch truck not being checked in and checked out properly from the prior client, I did not receive the truck I put on reservation, by 955. I said for my time inconvenience, I’ll just switch and get an upgraded truck which I did not need!! The guy proceeds to tell me I needed to be patient after being there for a half hour, zero out of 10 experience! I returned the truck at 12:03 and was charged $70! A waste for money!!!
