You were not allowed to leave your car in the parking lot, which was never stated beforehand, and there was no signage posted to indicate this policy. I had already picked up the rental and then had to return to the location again just to move my car, which created a significant inconvenience. No accommodations were made to allow me to move or park my car anywhere within the lot. I don’t understand if the expectation is that two people must always be present—one to drop off the renter and one to take the rental vehicle. For this reason, I will not be returning to this location.
