Dolly was half buried in ice. Attendee offered help for an additional fee. Didn’t know what to enter as drop off point even though it was on the reservation. Should not be listed as a U-Haul location. Not helpful.

Mark PI tried to do a mobile check in after dropping off the keys inside but couldn’t get any cell service because of the metal in their walls
CORINA MI reserved specific equipment months ahead of time, and then was informed the day before that it was not available. I ended up being given a substitute that had less storage room, with no compensation for the error. It’s not clear when making a reservation that it does not guarantee you will get that equipment.
