I will be contacting the local area manager. I have so beyond upset that I am even paying for this truck. When we went to pick it up the guy was on drugs and some girl with his was as well. I was insulted treated less then and was givin a truck that smelt of smoke the gas was empty and it was dirty. It was so unsafe that I had to leave with out even doing my check out. I had to call the hot line because the guy was trying to steel money from me saying (if you pay me in cash I can give you a discount) saying “if I don’t like the fucking prices go somewhere else. I don’t understand why you are so cheep” berating me. I was able to take a photos later. But the fact I’m being charged another 55$ because of them is so beyond ridiculous.
