The folks at J4 were very helpful and easy to work with. However, the pickup process was lengthy due to the U-Haul website’s technical issues. My reservation process with U-Haul via the website was also less than satisfactory. The website tool was difficult to use and I had to restart my reservation request multiple times. As for improvement, a more up-to-date user interface for reservation and account requests is needed.
