Not all customers have a jack available, maybe u-Haul could rent one to their customers. I returned my rental when a agent was not available. I did call U-H and returned the rental.William D.

The app is garbage..it can never "locate" you. I had a reservation for 8:30..1800 uhaul told me "Go to another place" Um no this is 45 min from others..2nd they put the wrong destination..I spent over an hour on the phone to fix their mistake..was transfered to 4 different people and told it was my fault..I would not be issued a refund on 200 plus more miles..and I would be charged for dropping it off where I was located. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVERVIOLET H.
The automatic check in an automatic drop off is really good. It was always very frustrating to pick up a U-Haul because it took forever to pick it up and it took forever to drop it off. This was a very good processKelsey F.
This is a furniture store and the person who handles the Uhaul business is only there some of the time. The person who handles the furniture store business was not helpful at all and acted bothered that I even called. I was trying to return a trailer.Ericka D.
