This owner should lose his license to rent U-Haul’s. He uses deceptive practices and lies to his customers. When we wanted to use our debit card, this owner Ali, manipulated my girlfriend to not give our debit card. When we returned the vehicle, the associate checked the gas and the cleanliness of the truck and mileage. When I asked, “Will we be charged anything further?” The assistant said, “No the gas is past a half a tank and the mileage didn’t go over. When I asked for a receipt, he and the owner were reluctant to provide a receipt and actually did NOT give it when I asked. This man is a cheater and a scam artist. He lied, misled, manipulated and then charged us an additional 37.00. I would never use this U-Haul provider ever again. They can’t be trusted. Its the second time, I rented Uhaul from Misson Auto Care. Ali was super helpful & patiently explained everything. My overall experience with Mission Auto Care was fabulous & friendly.
ABDULSUHEL KTruck was a bit smelly but that was not the fault of the location. Also, blankets were not available that I had requested so I was refunded.
Edward PShowed up an hour and a half late. Not 24/7 like advertised and impossible to get ahold of. Hours posted online were wrong. Wasted a lot of time sitting in the cold
