I should’ve received my rental feee because the person that was supposed to return my truck did not turn it in on time so I had to drive to the Fremont location because the guy in Angola did not even notify me of a problem so he wasted my time and then I still had to pay for it?
HEATHER CWell funny how was charged insurance when got bill but didn't ask for it and declined it when made the reservation. I made it in my son's name as he was using his truck. Also seems a rip off to pay more when pick up one area and want to leave in another city. Usually rent penske but they dont have enclosed trailers bit get better rates from them will go back.
