I booked my reservation through the app and went in to finalize it. I declined the SafeTrip Insurance, but it was added anyway, and I was told it “automatically” comes with the rental—which hasn’t been my experience. I didn’t appreciate the lack of transparency. The owner did give me $15 cash for the inconvenience, which was considerate, but the charge still hit my major credit card, making it inconvenient. Aside from that, the customer service was great. It took a bit longer to get the U-Haul, but it was his first run of the day. The truck was clean, comfortable, and much quieter than my previous rentals. Overall, I would still recommend this location for the quality of service and vehicle.
