Jessica CLocation was basically a dirt lot with ratty looking trailers that was in an out of the way location but luckily was by a freeway. I ordered a dolly and discovered that it was not in the truck when I picked up and was charged $75 extra for this mistake and when I returned the truck I spent 40 minutes trying to figure it out with the dealer, again more unneeded stress if people were doing their jobs. I am waiting for the refund.
