The renter sent their mother to process our request for a truck and it took and hour and a half. There was no equipment at that location so we had to go to another place for equipment.

Jared HThe same process that you guys have to check in equipment like Dolly and extra stuff you should have the same process to check it out because I never received it and then they attempted to charge me 120 customer service was 50-50. Some people were extremely rude. Other people were very helpful and kind.
