The checkin by phone, on a busy road, out in the cold with large dogs roaming around was less than desirable.
John FPersonnel were not familiar with all possible return locations or how to locate them. Directed me to a return location that was one hour plus from my final destination when there is a retailer 10 minutes away.
Leon AAlthough the office closed early (without notification) there was a gentlemen there who hooked me up with the uhaul trailer and he hooked the trailer on my car. Next time inform a person about closing early, cause I left at 2:30am and I could not wait until the next day. It was not even Christmas Eve. and I had to drive over 1,700 miles
