We had reserved a 26' but upon arrival was told we were supposed to have received an email/text from Uhaul letting us know it wasn't available. We did not. Luckily, they had a 20' we could switch our reservation to & was given a discount on the mileage for the inconvenience. Nice people to work with.

JUAN DInside the U-Haul trailer was a garbage bag full of trash and the smell was horrible. It also had leaked. Had to wash it out but the smell never went away. Very disappointed that the rent place didn’t check before hooking it up! Other than that the people were very friendly and easy process.
