Get a real office place or something.
DAVID PThe location is not clearly identify from the street or on the door of the business, no U-haul sign anywhere. I did not know when I made the reservation over the phone that this was a neighborhood business/dealer. I would like to suggest that the person making the reservation inform the customer what type of rental location they will be looking for. The appliance hand truck dolly that I rental was old and did not work correctly. The level that you turn to tighten the belt fail to function or work properly, it was really a peice of junk. I believe this was their personal dolly and not a U-haul one. There was no sign or label that showed it was a U-haul dolly. U-haul should refund my money back.
