Pick up time was 9 am, 9:15 am we called the number, was told that her guy usually runs late. When he showed up he asked if we wanted to take the car trailer now or come back. Td hi. We wanted to take it all at one time. He then said good, cause it was a lot of work the day before to get it hooked up. He then walked out with us. Handed us the key and went help a shed customer. Very immature .
