The only issue was with the appliance dolly. Very rusted and paint chipped and peeling. Functional, but needs work. Jackie was great to work with.

STEPHEN BThere was one woman who made it very clear that she didn't work for UHaul & told us to drop the trailer across the street and I'd get an email within 5 minutes acknowledging the return. While unhooking the trailer(she refused to help) I wrenched my back and still can barely walk. Doctors are out of the question because I don't have insurance. I never did get the receipt for dropping off the trailer. I will NOT be recommending UHaul to anyone, in fact I'll be telling everyone I know to use anybody BUT UHaul.
