The place called to say my 4:45 reservation backed up against them closing at 5. I only needed the trailer for 24 hours and indeed I did drop it off before 445 within the 24 hour. Period however because she made us come earlier to pick up the trailer I ended up with two days worth of charges. All because, they needed to be closed out before 5 pm. So i paid double when i only needed it Saturday.

DONALD RNo one was there. I used the online drop off. I left the equipment near the office and took the pictures as asked on the drop off app. I know it's a valuable piece of equipment. It was uncomfortable for me. However, the app said it was checked in, so I have to understand the contract is complete.
