Check in was simple done in person since the app crashed. Improvements on the app is all that is needed. The staff was so nice and accommodating in person.

When you order blankets make sure they are available. Check gas tank and mileage readings to make sure it’s accurate. Don’t change the drop off location to benefit U-Haul and costs me more time, gas and mileage. Then you have the nerve to charge me an overage fee for additional mileage. Very disappointing experience!

Heather MProbably the cleanest U haul I have rented. The only negative is that the address provided in Google Maps was the wrong location for entrance. The entrance is off of 441 and not the side street as the Map indicated. Besides that, picking up was easier than past experiences elsewhere and so was the drop off.
