I was forced to deliver the trailer to this dimly lit parking lot in the middle of nowhere. This location was 40 miles from where I was moving the cargo to, and I was not allowed to drop off the trailer at the well lit uhaul store on 2 Notch, which was less than 5 miles from my delivery location. I didn't feel safe, and I question why you have 24 hour customer service if they can't actually solve problems your customers bring them. This is the second trip I've had where serious problems arose and I will not be doing business with Uhaul in the future.
Travis HPicked the truck up on E, was told I could return it on E. How convenient, this U-Haul has a gas station so they got another $100 out of us.
